o Managing a team made up of software engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers and QA engineers.

Main Achievements:
o Creation and deployment of an MVP for standardized tests in less than 4 months that achieved product market fit in less than a year, increasing our sales by 200% after the first year.
o Defining and configuring AWS cloud infrastructure in a robust way which allowed our website to handle around 10x user growth over 6 years all while maintaining a 99% uptime with industry level response times (<200ms).
o Optimizing conversion funnels resulting in a signup conversion percentage increase of 2% in the first year and 6% by year 3, and a customer conversion rate increase of 1% to 4% in the same time period.
o SEO optimization to position Unitips in the top 3 results with more than 100 keywords reducing our CAC.
o Designing A/B testing methodologies to discover price elasticity on our pricing models that archived an average ticket increase of 40% resulting in greater CLV and revenue.
o Leveraging product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Hotjar, Google Optimize and others to improve our sales funnel, user experience and our product’s features. This resulted in a growth of annual customers of 10x after 6 years and a steady avg NPS score of 4.5/5. I was also an active participant in product discussion and user research to identify underserved needs which resulted in continuous product refinement.
