• Microsoft Loop: Implemented the framework for collaborative components as messages in Teams using Microsoft Loop allowing live editing and portability across Microsoft 365 apps; Led accessibility, globalization, UX and enterprise-readiness; Further expanded the framework to add different component types e.g., table, lists, agendas, votes.

• Conversation-as-a-platform: Implemented support for the Microsoft bot framework to add and converse with bots in chat and support different interactive message and content types used by bots such as text, gif, audio and video interactive cards.

• Cortana: Integrated with Cortana services to provide smart in-context replies in chat with text, emojis and interactive add-in content; Added support for personalization using Cortana as a bot for reminders, task lists and search using users’ MSA profiles.

• Add-ins: Implemented the platform for browsing and sharing content from websites such as YouTube and Giphy in chat.

• Poll: Led design and implementation of dynamic polls as a message type allowing real-time voting in chat.

Azure Document DB Migration and Azure Search Index Crawler (C#, Azure Document DB, Azure Search)

• Designed and developed backend feature portal to migrate, purge and backup Azure document DB collections.

• Implemented a crawler and indexer to update documents in Azure Search Index.

Azure Active Directory integration (C#, Azure Active Directory, ADFC, OAuth)

• Replaced the two-step Microsoft Corp STS and Skype login with Azure Active Directory Authentication for SSO and federation third-party logins in an internal Skype application.

• Implemented role-based access and authorization in the same application.

• Designed and implemented co-browsing story sessions within the Skype clients.

• Added interactive animations, picture stories and automatic story reading by Cortana on text selection.
