• Identify and align newly released features, tools, and add-ons with each customer’s specific goals and workflows
• Drive adoption of high-impact solutions like CRM, Marketing Suite, and workflow automation to improve retention, revenue, and efficiency
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Success teams to surface feedback and deliver best-fit recommendations
• Empathize with shop owners and managers to understand operational pain points and recommend tools that drive measurable improvements
• Proactively uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing product usage and business goals
