I help startups find product-market fit and grow their business by helping them improve their product strategy, product experience, and marketing site.

I designed and validated product concepts with customers to help us achieve product-market fit, led a rebrand and designed sales decks as we pivoted to a sales-led growth model, redesigned and rebuilt our marketing site, and helped further our company strategy by contributing to our product vision and strategic advising services methodology. My contributions helped us close deals with key accounts that helped demonstrate growth for our next fundraise.

I mapped out the complex workflow for a new customer segment, and designed architectural improvements to shared modules across our community solar and developer platform products to help support the growth of our business while reducing technical debt. As I noticed organizational challenges with cross-functional collaboration I took on a more operational role, where I used quantitative & qualitative research methods to uncover opportunities for improving how different functions across our company shared knowledge and collaborated on shared business objectives. I rearchitected our company wiki, project management system, and strategic research systems to foster greater clarity of how day-to-day work related to business goals, and how we could improve our product strategy to better serve our customers.

I was the design lead for a project that brought our free educational content to learners who only had access to mobile devices, and then became the design lead for our mission-critical suite of content tools. As a result of my increased scope and impact, I was promoted from senior to principal level as I helped rearchitect and modernize these tools, and shipped updates that supported content alignment to local standards across the world. Together, these initiatives increased access to and the relevance of our content for millions of students worldwide. I also played a significant role in the creation and maintenance of our design system.
