HSF Affiliates is a small / medium sized real estate franchisee company that is a part of the Berkshire Hathaway family.
I managed enterprise wide programs and projects using waterfall / Agile / Hybrid methodologies. My focus has been an exciting and fast paced program to implement an industry leading CRM solution for the organization using Cloud technologies. I managed projects with representation from various cross sections of the organization - from IT to Marketing to Legal to PR&Communications to Customer Support and help provide visibility to the C-level suite on the health of the programs. As a program manager, I was also constantly involved in efforts to ensure our programs and projects are strategically aligned to our company's business goals.
On a day-to-day basis, I helped shape up projects by understanding and helping to manage project scope, cost, quality and keep the teams on a schedule. I also added value by foreseeing and proactively managing project risks. A big part of my role was communication and expectation setting - at all levels from the C level suite to the developer. I also helped in change management and vendor management that is critical to the various projects we supported.
