• Lead 5 executive officers and 12 committee chairs to plan, execute & organize weekly meetings, committee activities & sponsor events

• Structure the club to ensure continuity of leadership by providing opportunities for new leaders to develop & to be mentored

• Leverage organization’s professional network and resources to provide real-world opportunities for officers and members and provide new members with opportunities to develop leadership skills, enabling them to transition into leaders in the workplace

• Foster an inclusive and open community to assist all Ascend members in personal growth and development
