Led end-to-end design of core product features across the surgical workflow, improving usability for surgeons and system technicians. Key initiatives included digital integration of robotic controls, calibration and maintenance workflows, AI-driven 3D segmentation editing, and automated intraoperative measurements. Partnered closely with cross-functional teams to define user requirements, conduct user research, and deliver wireframes and prototypes, using KPI-driven feedback to iteratively improve product performance and usability.

Responsibilities included offering consultation on software and hardware design solutions, conducting user research, creating intuitive interfaces, designing physical prototypes, and delivering holistic design solutions that met the needs of the users and the business.

Designed multi-platform mixed reality experiences for a robotic surgical navigation system, owning the desktop design system and implant navigation workflows, contributing to improved usability metrics, successful clinical validation and FDA 510k acceptance. Partnered with UX leadership, engineering, and product to prototype and iterate within simulated surgical environments.
