Quizlet is a leading EdTech company that provides study tools to over 60 million monthly users worldwide. In this role, I own the design strategy and execution for the subscription and ads groups. The scope of this work includes end-to-end product design for Quizlet's website and apps.

My role was primarily focused on making improvements to the EDD (Employment Development Department) web portal, which provides critical services such as unemployment insurance, paid family leave, and disability insurance to millions of Californians.

Head of the creative testing and optimization strategy for our marketing department. This work includes identifying and prioritizing high-impact monetization opportunities on our website and other marketing channels, and leveraging quant and qual research to define and scale best practices.

I led a small cross-functional team in revamping our marketing website, resulting in a 2X increase to the conversion rate, while significantly improving transparency and clarity for our users.

As a member of the Creative Marketing team, I led efforts to improve the performance of our website and campaigns by collaborating with researchers, generating new test experiments, creating personalized content, and constantly applying new learnings to iterate on our work.

My work at Audi’s Innovation lab focused on discovering the unmet needs and interests of our customers and translating these into exciting and actionable digital business opportunities. I accomplished this by applying design-thinking tools and methodologies such as prototyping, qualitative and quantitative research, journey mapping, and usability testing.

Through my work, I helped to foster a culture of human-centered design within our team, while collaborating with our external offices and stakeholders in order to maximize the impact of our work, processes, and ideas.
