• Designed and implemented new permissions framework to gate operations workflows by user: spearheaded product design, backend architecting, endpoint creation, UI, command line scripts, integration tests, metrics
• Implemented supplier-integrating bulk web crawlers to maintain Torch’s product catalog, improve clients' shopping experience; created CSV and PDF parsers for invoice ingestion, headless browser automated account validation; executed unit and integration tests on payments flow, permissions, supplier integrations, dozens of ops workflows
