At Mews, I led the Partner Success strategy, enhancing engagement with over 600 technical partners and managing a global team. My role involved sourcing strategic partners, driving cross-functional collaborations, and integrating partner feedback into product development. I also trained teams and facilitated partner onboarding, significantly contributing to Mews' growth and optimizing our service offerings.

• Integration to key Tech-third-party Partners: +30 PMS, +2 channel manager, +30 Door locks providers unlocking over 1M Users and potential future customers.
• API analytic in order to define the optimal integrations flow improving the end-user experience.
• Creation of an Integration portal to guide the partner during the integration process, reducing the cycle from 6 to 2 months, and providing the first level of support.
• Creation of Sales and Partner’s team organization (implementing processes and tools) Playbook creation, Salesforce CRM set-up, and integration to back-end.

The Marketplace is a diverse collection of strategic third-party vendors that offer services that contribute to Cloudbeds mission - to alleviate the workloads of frontdesk and provide customers with the right tools to grow their business.
