After Unfold, I returned to the core product and began leading the Commerce Merchandising team, focusing on strengthening seller activation and refining end-to-end shopping experiences.

When the pandemic hit, priorities shifted. Over the next five years, I partnered with the Commerce team to bring design-expressibility thinking into their shopping experiences. I then moved to the core CMS team, where I worked on bridging the gap between blog content and stores, explored what a new template-store experience could look like for Growth, and helped build a 7.0→7.1 migration tool so customers could upgrade to the latest platform and unlock full expressibility with Fluid Engine. I also led the creation of a new studio-home entry point for Unfold users, giving them direct access to the full suite of Unfold tools.

Brought on to help design and build a completely new website builder from the ground up, collaborating closely with a talented team of designers.
