Conversational AI Design Lead (May 2023 - Present)

• Co-lead in establishing the design vision for Workday’s Conversational AI, designing the end-to-end experience around key agent capabilities for a globally accessible, multi-agent companion.

• Created Figma “Starter Kits” as a central source of truth, establishing a scalable system of components and specs that ensured design-to-code consistency across 10+ agent teams.

• Enabled executive storytelling by delivering high-fidelity prototypes for Workday Rising and Innovation Summit keynotes, effectively communicating the long-term vision and agentic capabilities of Workday’s Conversational AI platform.

• Partnered cross-functionally with UI Platform Engineering and Accessibility SMEs to align complex design requirements with technical roadmaps and enterprise scalability.

• Documented AI design patterns and product examples on the Workday Canvas Design System site, ensuring systemic consistency across product.

UX Frameworks (November 2019 - May 2023)

• Led high-impact accessibility (A11y) initiatives, including a comprehensive redesign of the Org Chart to ensure compliance and usability for one of the platform’s most utilized features.

• Lead designer on key UI Platform frameworks including Hubs and Micro-transactions; established predictable navigation for deep functional areas and simplified high-frequency task flows to increase user completion rates.

• Created and maintained Figma Starter kits, delivering comprehensive self-service resources—including component libraries and technical specs—that empowered product design teams to evaluate use cases and accelerate production timelines.

• Co-led the creation and development of the Prism Design Library- the foundational precursor to the Canvas Design System; established early design standards, wrote documentation, and managed the library before its transition to a publicly accessible resource.

• Canvas Design System site lead, project managing a cross-functional team of 7 (designers, developers, and content designers) to deliver the content and code for the first three major system releases.

• Migrated UI Platform components and patterns from Sketch to Figma. Created corresponding UI Platform (now Gen UI) libraries for core platform components and frameworks, including Task Wizard, Error Widget, Calendar, and Prompts, ensuring design-to-code parity across the ecosystem.

Lead designer on error widget, collaboration, and omni-channel frameworks. Partnered with product teams to deliver framework solutions that met specific application needs while maintaining platform-wide standards.

• Led end-to-end qualitative usability studies for core platform features including Data Viz, Inbox, Product Tours, Errors, and Mass Actions, collaborating closely with UX Tools Designers and UI Platform Engineers.

• Evaluated design concepts for new UI features, focused on improving task efficiency and reducing cognitive load across multiple user personas.

• Translated raw data into prioritized insights, shaping product roadmaps and providing evidence-based recommendations that informed design iterations and long-term UI Platform development goals.
