• Introduced new pricing models: Implemented simplified pricing strategy, replacing complex multi-bundled structure to reduce sales friction and better align solutions with customer use cases and needs.
• Alert Response System: Defined roadmap and priorities for internal bot defense alerting system, providing SoC & NoC teams with actionable anomaly and suspicious activity detection. Reduced noise by 35%, and increased precision of alerts by 20%. Recognized as the preferred alerting platform of choice by NoC team.

• Defined New Risk Product: Led product team to conceptualize and bring to market the Ridecell risk management product line to help fleet operators mitigate risk and lower their insurance premiums. Created initial product vision, defined product capabilities, and managed delivery to key customers.
• Directed product discovery activities: Worked with fleet operators and insurers (executive team, actuaries, claims adjustors) to gain insights and uncover pivotal data points to enhance the core risk product. Partnered with Head of Data Science and Head of Insurance to create data driven product, enabling insurers to have the confidence to competitively underwrite risk for new shared mobility fleet business models.
