Selected as one of 13 participants out of 200+ applicants for PMDojo's Spring 2021 Product Accelerator Program. High level goals involved ideating, conceptualizing, designing, testing and launching a live product MVP.
• Identified target market and user pain points, determined and iterated on a problem statement, developed user personas and built customer journey maps
• Conducted user interviews, beta testing sessions and built low and high fidelity prototypes
• Wrote user stories, acceptance criteria and conducted backlog grooming/refinement
• Developed a Product Release Document, release plans and go-to market strategy
• Launched Engage, a live product for nonprofit fundraisers, using a no-code platform
