• Designed a simple, localizable experience for creating complex conditional logic without code. Done by conducting customer interviews, usability research, presentations to leadership, design critiques, and through facilitating design workshops to ideate and align on a solution.
• Overhauled the admin experience for managing ticket fields with research-driven decisions to only show the most useful information at the right time

• Increased adoption of our design system by implementing an open contribution model, building relationships, and adding more components
• Documented design patterns and component usage guidelines
