Produced user flows and red routes, persona profiles, brand strategies, design systems, pattern libraries and style guides at production level, corporate training materials with training sessions for client design teams and a new framework for all incoming digital projects. Established usability principles, standard methodologies, techniques, resources and tools for an effective, consistent and collaborative design team and culture.
