Working on Tech Flexes: building groundbreaking novel, commerce experiences for top merchants

Before that, I was working with the Talent Systems team, across a variety of projects ranging from bespoke workforce planning tools, AI-enabled internal tools and building and maintaining our data platform. I also briefly managed a small team.

I still work with the People Analytics team to build the tooling necessary for senior leadership to make the best business decisions.

I work with the People Analytics team to build products that help inform talent decisions. I primarily work on building and maintaining data pipelines and building new and engaging ways to share this data safely.

Designed, developed, tested and maintained features related to account management, billing and analytics for the Sunshine Conversations product. Developed, tested and deployed new features. Contributed to other Zendesk services, built with Ruby on Rails when extra support was needed.

I also participated in the security champions program, helping my team make make informed decisions about security.
