• Built out tracks of work for the Impact Shopping team across the breadth of pages on Etsy along with fellow team leads, introducing new Impact touchpoints to the Etsy experience

• Own the roadmap and eventual launch of Technical Debt tracks of work by creating and updating tickets as necessary to unblock fellow engineers

• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teammates and with others outside the team, particularly on large cross-team projects with the Search, Web Design Systems and Core Platform teams

• Present Lunch N Learns to teams within the Buying Confidence organization around ways to access and interpret data analytics at Etsy

• Contribute to working groups improving Etsy Interview Questions and improving the 2020 Intern Onboarding Experience, thus taking on roles involving direct leadership

• Mentored an intern on the team, onboarding her to Etsy’s stack, holding weekly 1:1s and serving as a point of contact for her internship

• Create materials for managers to help standardize and streamline the 2020 Intern Onboarding Experience given the newly remote circumstances

• Overhauled Etsy's Listing Page, the most trafficked page on the platform, to be more in line with current branding for both mobile and desktop experiences, increasing conversion rates and simplifying development on the page moving forward

• Run numerous A/B and multivariate experiments on Etsy’s experimentation platform, monitoring the impact of the experiment and that of adjacent systems via Grafana
