• Spearheaded the development of an Agentic Copilot for Marketing & Sponsored Ads, enabling customer cohorts to be built intelligently for precision marketing and campaign backtesting.

• Designed and deployed pilot campaigns powered by a knowledge graph of customer touchpoints, showcasing how AI-driven insights can reshape marketing strategy.

• Built machine learning propensity models to predict churn, unsubscribes, and repurchase behavior at a granular SKU level, unlocking new ways to reduce attrition and drive loyalty.
