• Conceptualized the prototype and designed an AI-powered policy assistant built with LLMs, taking it from a hackathon prototype to a 0 → 1 product used by 1,200+ officers to access policy answers - reducing manual search time and cognitive load by 73%, and converted 3 pilot agencies into full-time customers at launch.
• Designed end-to-end mobile-first workflows for Community Request product in the Axon App for large, high-volume agencies like NYPD, enabling officers to create portals, view and triage evidence on the go, and designed complementary web reporting features that drove a 106% YOY increase in reports run.
• Designed a mobile-first automated messaging framework that keeps 911 callers and victims informed from pre-arrival through post-contact, automating status updates and My90 (post-contact feedback) surveys, improving victim experience, and reducing status-check call volume by ~53% in the first three months post-launch.
• Designed stepped, self-serve admin workflows for Axon Nexus that transformed weeks-long, Business Analysts or PSO-led deployments into guided self-configurations, cutting time-to-deploy from weeks to hours, reducing PSO dependency, and driving a 78% reduction in setup hours, 50% faster deployments, and an estimated $3M in annual savings.
