• Technical lead for a team of 20 engineers building ServiceQuotas, a public AWS offering.

• Worked alongside product to define the vision and roadmap for the next 4 years.

• Rearchitected the service to support 3x scale and growth in terms of traffic and team size.

• Defined and developed new features such as Automated Quota Approvals and Resource Based

Quotas to solve customer needs.

• Worked on delivering a brand new AWS Service- ServiceQuotas

• Tech lead for crucial features such as defining an interface for the customer to create support cases, building a system to handle all quota-overrides across all AWS Services for all customers

• Defined the external facing APIs alongside the error cases which a customer might encounter

• Led the Alexa on Cortana integration

• Worked with Microsoft Engineers and defined protocols to invoke Alexa within Cortana and vice versa

• Part of the core team who demonstrated the project at Microsoft Build, 2018.
