Led the design and strategy from 0 to 1 of Aspire's Automation tool that helps brands reduce the manual work required to run campaigns. Designed solutions to streamline and scale brand and creator collaboration on all types of influencer marketing campaigns. Collaborated with cross-functional partners to inform roadmap and design direction.

Developed strategy and roadmap for the Market Intelligence pod that aligned to user and business goals in partnership with the Lead Product Manager. Managed three designers and provided performance feedback, design critique and approval, and career growth opportunities. Worked with Design Director and other managers to progress design org maturity and design ops initiatives.

Led the design of a feature that enables users to create, share, and modify lists collaboratively. Led the design of a feature that allows users to organize content they are working on in PitchBook into shared workspaces. Mentored two Associate Designers by leading onboarding, skill development, mapping career goals, and design critiques. Spearheaded Seattle UX community outreach, including partnering with local meetup groups to host events in the office and sponsoring the UW HCDE program.
