Tech lead across Facebook and Instagram's video platform — live streaming, VOD, and transport infrastructure at billions-of-users scale.

RUSH & COPA: Designed and shipped a new streaming protocol (RUSH over QUIC) and led deployment of COPA congestion control for FB Live — both contributed to IETF standardization

Low-latency live: Led interactive low-latency live broadcasting on FB/IG using QUIC

QUIC migration: Migrated FB Live from TCP to QUIC

Instagram Co-broadcasting: Built Live With for Facebook and Instagram — adopted by major accounts including Kevin Hart and Opera

VOD uploads SDK: Led client SDK for video uploads across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp

== Ad Interfaces (2014 – 2016) ==

Built advertising products for SMBs on iOS — Facebook for iOS and Pages Manager. Owned client-side features and server endpoints for mobile ad products.

BloodConnect is an NGO which aims to serve the blood requirements in India using student network and association with blood banks. I was instrumental in building the organization from ground up, expanded team to 50 students from over 10 colleges. Since it's inception in 2010, we have organized over 120 blood donation camps and helped over 800 people in cases of emergency saving over 20,000 lives in total.

Working as an iOS dev on Tap Paradise Cove, an iOS & Android game consistently in the Top 20 grossing list of the Apple App Store for more than an year. •I am working in a team of 10, including 4 engineers and 3 product managers. •My job includes working on new features, improvements to existing functionality, fixing bugs etc. •I am mainly using cocoa frameworks such as UIKit, Core data, foundation etc and third party libraries such as cocos2d and facebook sdk for development.
