As the Head of Merchant Experience I oversee the merchant onboarding, developer implementation, servicing and lifecycle experience to enable merchants to be ready to transact as quickly as possible. Monthly Payments allows customers to finance higher value purchases up to 12 months at point of sale at over 220,000 online merchants with no late fees and a cap on interest. As the head of product I lead product strategy and growth as we aim to drive higher attach rates and win key strategic enterprise deals.
