Worked with the Benefits Integrated Delivery contract with Booz-Allen Hamilton for Veteran Affairs.

Co-led development of docket lock holding system. Designed to provide live updates to the front end and lock specific days from being scheduled on if a separate stakeholder was already in the process of scheduling. Contributed to ~25% increase in stakeholder efficiency and productivity.

Helped lead development and delivered the Modernized Hearing Scheduler. Multi-page aggregate views showing veteran information in order to accomplish precise decision making and scheduling for veteran’s benefit hearings.

Maintained the BillGO data warehouse and converted banks using Fiserv bill pay technologies to BillGO bill pay technologies, including Python, PrestoDB/Athena, RESTful APIs, and the AWS Suite of technologies.

Lead development and process design of the presales matching process. Receiving large biller datasets from consumers, I designed the entire process to take those datasets and convert them into beneficial business analytics to present to potential consumers using AWS, PrestoDB, and Python.
