Swinnis is a young line of amusing, unique designs that we created to express our excitement for sports. On the surface, it's an online store dedicated to sport lovers but, underneath it all, it's our primary tool to spread laughter between friends and families who share similar sport interests.

As its only technical support, I am in charge of providing continued maintenance and development of bug fixes and patches for any of its integrated web apps, ensuring 100% up-time of business operations.

I also process, sometimes produce, and vectorize the store's graphic content. I am currently mostly using programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Wacom Tablet, and Inkscape.

My main focus during my internship at Actavis was to provide base level IT support to non-technical personnel within the business.

Whilst I slowly integrated into the workflow between the company's Business Specialists and its IT Department, I also installed software, managed call-flow, modified and repaired hardware, and resolved technical issues on Windows desktops.
