• Collaborate daily with engineering, marketing, product, service, warranty, manufacturing, legal, quality, functional safety and homologation departments

• Systematically ensure quality of AD requirements&design specifications alignment between chassis, powertrain, connectivity, security, cloud, functional safety, electrical, thermal, battery and vehicle body engineering teams satisfy target manufacturability quality, launch time, markets and safety standards and regulations

• Report program health status to vehicle Program Managers, Vice Presidents and Chief Engineers

• Continuously improving engineering processes by introducing workflows, tracking systems(Jira, JAMA, CATIA), metrics, dashboards and KPIs within AD team and across other BYTON vehicle domains

• Aligning timing, costs and delivery quality requirements between Supplier Quality, Supplier and Supplier Quality Engineering to ensure smooth AD integration during vehicle mass-production and flawless driver and passenger experience after sale.

• Advising on software engineering base practices to direct vehicle software engineering to excellence
