Program Management & AI Operations Scope:
• Worked on Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses within the Wearables team, enabling LLM fine tuning. As internationalization (i18n) domain lead, owned end-to-end multilingual quality strategy across 8 global vendor teams (100+ contributors) and 12+ internal analysts, drove operational direction and onboarding across 10 additional i18n expansion teams (100+ internal vendors), covering 15+ locales across EMEA, Canada, LATAM, and APAC markets.
• Defined and drove vendor quality and performance strategy aligned with AI/ML and GenAI programs, delivering 20.4M+ in cost avoidance and reducing rework by 45%.
• Identified and mitigated systemic risks using early warning thresholds and performance frameworks, improving SLA adherence across locales by ~10% and enabling data-driven budgeting and vendor allocation.
• Built and scaled 0 to 1 quality systems including feedback loops, vendor trackers, dashboards, and reporting workflows, adopted as standard across 10 internationalization (i18n) teams and extended to en-US workflows. Co-created quality guidelines and evaluation quizzes, and led A/B experiments to address quality gaps.
