Designing Fabric, Microsoft’s next-generation data analytics platform for the era of AI.

Design lead (player-coach role) for the Testing and Analysis area. Led design and strategy for six web apps critical to developing, testing, and improving the customer experience of Cruise’s self-driving cars, supported by a team of three other designers. My work was key to helping Cruise scale its operations and prepare for commercialization, and I worked with executive stakeholders that included Cruise's CEO.

Led a distributed team of designers responsible for some of the most fundamental, high-traffic parts of Dropbox.com, including our file browser, content previewer, and upload experience. My team's work successfully lifted key metrics, improved accessibility, and produced substantial new revenue.

Design lead (player-coach role) for highly successful initiatives that enhanced Dropbox for millions of users, including a usability overhaul of our file browser and a complete redesign of our content previewer -- two of the highest-traffic parts of Dropbox.com. Achieved highly positive results including increased customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and revenue, and earned the Spotlight Award for outstanding impact on the company.

Leading role in several cross-group design projects to improve the GoDaddy customer experience, including creating a vision for a new logged-in home page focused on the needs of small businesses. Responsibilities included interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing.
