The focus is on developing systems that combine LLM-based reasoning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over telemetry and configuration, and secure tool execution to help customers understand events, investigate issues, and safely automate actions.
This includes natural language interfaces for interacting with the platform, as well as agents that can analyse attack patterns, generate mitigations (e.g. firewall rules), and coordinate responses across products — with clear summaries, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.

I lead Cloudflare's world-leading DDoS Protection services. Our mission is to make downtime and disruptions from DDoS attacks a thing of the past. We build the autonomous defense systems that block over 5,000 DDoS attacks per hour on average — including the largest attacks in the world.
We work closely with Cloudflare customers, partners, and prospects - from small independent businesses to Fortune 500 companies to understand how we can make them succeed and grow together. We deliver the protection systems, levers and knobs, analytics, alerts and everything that comes with it — to ensure our millions of customers remain available, and performant online.
Our work has not gone unnoticed. Year after year, Cloudflare's DDoS Protection service is consistently ranked #1 by the top industry analysts.
DDoS Protection has the third highest attachment rate in Cloudflare. We're responsible for a substantial portion of Cloudflare's revenue. We've driven customer satisfaction up by over 20%, helped grow customer base by over 300%, and reduced operational overhead by over 500%.
We share crucial insights and product updates with the infosec community. I've authored over 60 articles on Cloudflare's blog site, reaching over a million views, maintaining the position as the 6th top author in Cloudflare.
We collaborate with the infosec community to help build a better Internet. I've had the pleasure of presenting at over 30 conferences around the world including NANOG and CISA JCDC. I've engaged with government agencies around the world, helping shape policies and driving informed decisions by leveraging Cloudflare's threat intelligence.
