• Responsible for maintaining a compliance service which applies HIPPA, COPPA and GDPR policies on the Alexa data before vending out to the customers.
• Designed a canary mechanism in a streaming service. This enabled customers to test their end to end integration with their routing logic and output sinks.
• Developed an application to perform cost analysis for all the services owned by our team and attribute the cost to each customer.
• Implemented self service onboarding mechanism in our streaming service which brought the customer onboarding time from 3 weeks to a day.
• Served as a scrum master, where I run daily team meetings and help my team adopt agile responsibilities.
