Identity User Experience

• Led a team of 4 engineers to develop a system for fleet management software for customers (push notifications, email, inbox, and slack). Customers get notified about Location, Tire pressure, and incidents from vehicle sensors they drive or manage.

• Designed the architecture for notifications, which works cross-platform using web sockets, SQS, and Event bridge. Used React for the front end and used GQL as a backend language.

• Lead frontend engineer for marketplace team. Launched a faster web app for 3P-seller experience using GraphQL, React, Typescript and Next.js to 3.1 million customers

• Architected E2E experience for 3p seller workflows for the homepage, search, item page, cart, and checkout. This project involved interactions across multiple teams and Product stakeholders.

• Launched seller landing page to view seller ratings, reviews, and seller information for users.

Front End engineer for UGC team - Re-designed Star-rating component for product and past purchases for ADA compatibility and reduced bundle size by 10% for faster rendering.

• Launched a feature to route seller emails internally, thus eliminating the dependency on external email clients for users sending emails to sellers and vice-versa. Implemented email masking for additional privacy and security for both parties.

• Launched PDP buy-box optimization to improve site speed metrics by 15% - created a business lift of 30bps.

• Developed Baby Registry functionality - 100K new registrants in 30 days post-launch. Created a Chatbot Hoo-The OWL and Manage registry functionalities.

• Lead holiday planning - Performed key DevOps operations like scaling and peak estimation, gaining additional capacity, and setting up a logging system, monitoring, and alerting tools and dashboards.

• Launched Shopping App using the SDK for Android and iOS. Used UDCC gateway for payment functionalities.

• Created a Python Data Science model using SciPy and Matplotlib to visualize the trends followed by the gateway users. • Developed Machine Learning model using SciPy, SciKit-Learn, to recommend products to the users.

• Developed and maintained newamericanuniversity.asu.edu and mayo.asu.edu which has 5000 daily visits, using Drupal’s customary, WebSpark.

• Developed cross-platform mobile application to track Disability and Campus Carts using Cordova and Angular JS.
