Q-Free provides a comprehensive solution for managing roadway systems. My primary focus is on the front-end, where we use React, TypeScript and Apollo GraphQL along with a variety of map tools (DeckGL, MapBox, Turf.js). My day-to-day consists of building out new features, improving the existing code base through refactoring and thinking of ways in which we can improve the platform.

Since joining Q-Free, in addition to my assigned work, I have advocated for and materialized numerous initiatives which have helped to improve Q-Free's code-base and developer experience.

My role at Enfusion involved implementing performant, user friendly features for a complex financial platform with a wide variety of use cases. This platform has both web and mobile versions, both written in JavaScript with React and React Native.

Being the only full-time engineer for my first year at SquidBooks I gained lots of experience building robust web app features from start to finish. My role was primarily front end, but because of the small team size, which was just me and one other developer, I also did quite a bit of back end work.

Built storefronts, subscription management and streaming apps for Web and Chromecast. Mostly wrote JavaScript but also some C#. Worked primarily with Backbone and AngularJS. Unit testing was done using Jasmine and Protractor/Cucumber for automated tests.
