Developed full stack data standardization app, schema editor app, and data products app to better align datasets with a proper ontology. These allowed ontologists to edit and upload ontologies, and business partners to create usable data products.

Setup and developed Cypress end-to-end testing including running on CI pipeline in multiple environments.

Integrated caching to graphQL application that lowered the time of subsequent page loads by half from 18s to 9s.

Completed four-month contract one month early, enabling a Capital One Software product to successfully launch at Snowflake Summit 2023.

Developed a web app as Front-End Developer in the Workflows Ops Team facilitating the workflow of Capsule’s pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. The web app enables prescriptions to be viewed, filled, and sent in an ordered task list.

Converted frontend’s data fetching from monolith architecture to microservices architecture and from using Axios requests to React Query custom hooks.

Improved the performance score of 25 modules from 40% to 90% on Amex’s internal scoring system.

Partnered with the marketing team to change 4 to 8 ads per tier of membership on travel rewards page, most of which changed daily due to the Covid-19 pandemic rapidly changing the travel industry.

Updated company's career page by utilizing GatsyJS to improve SEO, initial load time, and performance.

Developed a greenfield social media web app utilizing NextJS to enable RPA developers and companies using UIPath’s RPA software to communicate with each other. The app connects profiles, shares new original components, and is a platform for organizing events and meetups.

Full Stack Developer on the internal Operations and Culinary Tools teams.

Redeveloped Culinary Tool from a disorganized, non-chronological, price-absent, and mixed-task collection of information pages to an organized side panel arranged by occupational roles. There were at least 8 categories such as images, delivery schedule, and recipe ideas. This streamlined the tasks the culinary team had to create and test recipes more quickly, with fewer errors, and at lower cost.

Led the initiative to modernize our frontend stack by investigating and determining what tools best suited certain tasks, explained the reasons to the team, and responded to feedback. I used MobX for state management, Jest for JavaScript testing, and Storybook for component development and testing.

Mentored and trained a college intern including teaching him how to use React and other web frameworks. Helped him created the web app Pantry Pal which allowed users to enter their available ingredients and provided them a list of Plated’s recipes that matched the ingredients.
