AWS Bedrock:

• Helped design and implement a multi-modal model evaluation system. Collaborated with stakeholders and leadership to gather requirements, lead design reviews, align on decisions, and guide a team of engineers to complete the implementation.

• Led the redesign and expansion of the testing system in the AI/ML transcribe team to improve validation of ASR model functionality and quality.

Building for NFTs and web3 @ AWS Managed Blockchain:

• Distributed Service for NFTs and Web3: I played a vital role in the development of a distributed service aimed at assisting customers in creating solutions for NFTs and Web3 applications. This service opened up exciting possibilities for our customers in the rapidly growing blockchain space.

• Blockchain Query System: I contributed to the creation of a versatile blockchain query system. This system provided customers with seamless access to blockchain data across both Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) chains and Bitcoin networks. The goal was to ensure quick and straightforward access to blockchain data, enabling users to harness the power of blockchain technology more efficiently.

Kindle:

• DSAR System Development: I played a pivotal role in building a robust Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) system, ensuring our customers have seamless access to their data upon request.

• Home Feed Back-End Overhaul: I led the transformation of the Home Feed back-end architecture, enabling advanced attribution using clicks and impressions data. This overhaul paved the way for a ranked Home Feed experience. The technologies I utilized for this project included Java, Kotlin, Ruby, and Scala.

• Data Pipeline Creation: I designed and implemented a data pipeline from scratch, specifically tailored for the Home Feed attribution ranker, ensuring efficient data processing and delivery.

• Backend Service Development: I built a backend service from the ground up, responsible for parsing, transforming, and forwarding attribution data to support the Home Feed ranker's requirements.

• Hiring and Mentorship: I actively participated in the hiring process, both for external candidates and internal team members. Additionally, I provided mentorship to team members and interns, and I played a key role in onboarding new team members to ensure they integrated smoothly into our projects and culture.
