Technical lead of the Embedded Software team, I contribute to several project in areas ranging from regulations, process, and requirements capture to design and architecture.

I also wrote a good chunk of the safety critical code of our bare metal framework and free ballooning system.

I am currently responsible for LTA's DO-178C compliant processes and associated audit tools, and for the development of a DAL C helium safety valve microcode.

At LTA I am blessed to find a remarkably talented team focused on a truly wonderful project. I have the honor of mentoring young, smart engineers with questions about complex problems related to software, but also electronics, sensors, control or mechanical issues. I make a point of listening to them carefully and helping as much as I can.

Now based full time in CT, I am the technical lead on the Advanced Resuscitation Machine (ARM) project.

After moving to the US in October 2019 as Senior Systems Design Engineer, I was promoted to Principal Systems Design Engineer in August 2021.

I also code the firmware and Python test and data analysis tools.

• Main DSP code: new features and testability

• Designed and wrote PC-side framework running on Analog VisualDSP++ (Javascript) to automate unit and integration tests directly on the actual platform, including automating generation of test stubs and simulation of all possible events on all possible states of the FSM, providing what FDA refers to as "objective evidence".

C, C++, JavaScript, DOORS

Author of the whole code for the GDM (Graphic Display Module) of the Lifeline View AED with video and complex script languages (Thai, Chinese), including all hardware drivers, production tools, resource-package compilers and test frameworks.

Also wrote significant chunks of the main DSP code.

This includes FDA mandated documentation of requirements and implementation.
