Work directly under the head chef to assist with the prep, execution, and cleanup of private multi-course tasting dinners ranging in attendance from 10-40 guests

Worked in the kitchen at ÓX to help execute a 20-course New Nordic tasting menu for seventeen guests each night. This was a very intensive position that involved prep, service, guest experience, public speaking, cleaning, and organization.

The restaurant retained its distinction of 1 Michelin Star during my tenure there.

Led the creation of a client onboarding platform to replace a legacy data collection system.

Utilized Vue, Vuex, TypeScript, Node, Express, and PostgreSQL alongside numerous third-party API integrations.
