UX desinger for HealthVault—an electronic medical record management tool for consumers. Projects included: long-term product strategy and vision, emergency preparedness integration, app & device recommendation module, phone authorization, the WP7 HealthVault mobile app, and an end-to-end overhaul of the HealthVault user experience.

Collaborated with medical informatics specialists, content creators, visual designers, and interactive agencies. Project manager for recurring usability studies, focusing on family health managers, those with chronic conditions, and healthy individuals. Worked with PM, Test, and Developement team in a fast-paced agile production cycle.

I teach Fundamentals of UX, a 5-week course that introduces students to the User Experience spectrum. The class covers User Research, Human Centered Design, Information Architecture and Prototyping.

Designed web-based applications, mobile applications, e-commerce workflows, desktop gadgets, and promotional interactive experiences. Developed an interaction mapping process used company-wide as the foundation for every UX project. Led teams of 2 to 4 UX designers and UI developers. Managed Ramp’s user research practice including designing and moderating usability studies, and presenting actionable findings to stakeholders.
