Built a self-serve checkout experience to drive better time-to-value for Zendesk's SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers. Using an experimentation first approach, I optimized my owned portions of the funnel that drove incremental ARR of $xxM.

As a product manager within Adobe’s Digital Experience BU, I owned the strategy, roadmap, and execution for productizing customer experience and Adobe Campaign professional services. I used market research, analysis of customer pain points, and an understanding of our internal strategic direction to develop requirements and prioritize accordingly. Working cross-functionally across service engineering, sales, operations, finance, and marketing, I launched new 0 to 1 service products that aim to drive adoption and value realization for Adobe customers’ Experience Cloud investments.
