• Led design and implementation of changes allowing creation of new user types for faster prototyping, a key feature required by multiple internal customers across the organization, drastically reducing the amount of code and research needed to implement new user types within the users platform, as well as centralizing logic checks to allow faster iteration and improve readability.
• Mentored team members by both providing one on one guidance around technical topics and skills, as well as setting up learning sessions with external teams that directly interact with us.

• Wrote design documents specifying steps needed to implement new features, ensured processes followed security and compliance best practices, and reviewed external team design documents to ensure the designs were both feasible and efficient.
• Led initiative aimed at changing how authentication works within user services, providing guidance to authentication teams into whether their suggested changes would be scalable into organization wide efforts, providing backing metrics and samples, eventually leading to a complete redesign of the solution which required much less work for the downstream teams
