• Developed and executed test plans and test cases, identified, reported and troubleshot software defects, and worked with development teams to ensure that products were thoroughly tested to meet requirements before they were released to customers

Pallet is an infrastructure product that enables communities, creators and anyone else to build their own native recruiting products.

• Helped to develop a proprietary npm package used as a React styling library to decrease development time

• Expanded upon Pallet’s GraphQL API, working across the entire stack, building NextJS pages and their API’s to add additional functionality to the product

• Built and lead a NextJS subscriptions page project that allows users to easily manage multiple subscriptions, which automated a previously manual operation, eliminating daily customer service tasks & reducing the operations department’s workload by 10%

• While working the subscriptions management project, developed features that provides the Pallet staff with data on churned users and is flexible enough to allow non-technical staff to make backend changes to the available user given subscription cancellation reasons

• Independently cleaned and disinfected lodges, cabins, washrooms and communal areas daily

• Assisted in the training of several new housekeeping team members

• Utilized time management skills to ensure that all daily tasks are completed within the allotted time

• Conducted daily 1 on 1 English languages lessons with children ages 5-13 to develop their English

• Implemented numerous ESL teaching techniques to boost student’s reading, writing, speaking & listening education

• Evaluated each student’s English proficiency for every lesson and provided constructive feedback
