As a UX Lead and designer at Philips, I designed a consistent and logical User Experience for a new platform that was intended for different personas. Within the 3 phases (Research, design & co-develop) I created the deliverables.

As a Lead I monitor the quality of the delivered deliverables UX Designers and coach them substantively. A substantial part of the project was to make the UX discipline mature within the organisation and the development methodology Scrum. To achieve this I had contact with different roles and layers within the organisation.

Activities included the preparation of UX guidelines, designing interaction / visual designs and supervising front-end developers. I also created a new Design System. This Design system is updated daily. UXers and developers rely heavily on it for development and designing existing and new products.

I also facilitated & contributed various Google Design Sprints.
