• Experience design for two internal and one customer-facing products in real estate services

• Collaborate with product team to define user need and write epics and stories

• Build wireframes for research, stakeholder review, and documentation for engineering

• Develop research plans, write moderator guides, perform interviews, and synthesize research

findings to report out to stakeholders

• Define a repeatable process to engage tools for performance testing and content optimization

• Partner with UI designer to produce high-quality screen design based on experience design work

• Function in agile development, contributing to scrum ceremonies, story backlog, and planning
