• Designed LG’s first Telehealth product from conceptualization to execution, now in use at multiple hospital systems. The product involved multiple interwoven applications, including provider-side calling for use by clinicians, a patient monitoring application, and a patient-side interface.
• Conducted research and moderated interviews, resulting in extensive research artifacts such as archetypes, story mapping, data flows, and other documentation that informed the product strategy.
• Led ideation, prototyping, and testing cycles focused on user insights and validation.
• Developed and presented strategy options to stakeholders that balanced users' needs and business goals with timeline, hardware, and engineering constraints.
• Created a design system and user flows for use across multiple products.
• Ensured adherence to design best practices, standards, and brand consistency.
• Conceptualized and collaborated with engineers on AI model frameworks.
• Innovation: Led parallel research, development, and validation of a product vision leveraging emerging technologies/AI and LG's hardware to address major challenges in inpatient care within hospital systems.
• Innovation R&D resulted in documentation of a defined vision, product strategy, and roadmap, which were handed off to an incubation team for further development.
