• Architected, led team, and built key parts of Swaps, a major bet on returnable tickets, handling millions of dollars of returns and achieving significant lifts to conversion and GTV.
• Architected and built Parties, a new way to share tickets via a group chat link, driving significant incremental revenue via free user acquisition.
• Devised and built backend system to refund all COVID-era event tickets via promo code, dramatically improving company cash flow.
• Dramatically reduced DB usage during event ingress, de-risking a business-critical SPOF.
