* Developed a domain-specific Expert and API Gateway service for integrating Alexa’s legacy systems with an LLM Model based version to deliver core functionality for the new Remarkable Alexa beta launch.

* Designed a comprehensive testing program to measure and report our Expert’s accuracy and lead our cross-team implementation effort to track our progress towards releases.

* Lead the design and implementation of a CI/CD pipeline to improve developer experience and reduce the release time from 2 days to 3 hours.

* Improved service availability for our high-throughput API Rate-Limiter from 99.8% to 99.9999% while reducing infrastructure costs by employing more efficient infrastructure and reducing compute work.

* Independently proposed and delivered an internal UI to eliminate engineering time required to make Rate Limit and Access Control changes for our customers.

* Lead the implementation of our automated API reference docs and onboarded internal teams to the new process, eliminating manual MarkDown writing from our documentation process.

* Designed and executed the technical plan for an API Authorization Mandate by leading cross-team efforts to access our preparations, and address mitigations for legacy/exceptional use-cases.

* Redesigned the monitoring infrastructure for our API to make our metric dashboards compatible with CloudWatch, more usable, while improving incident detection, automate alarm creation and reduce noise.
