• Serve in a critical role managing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) infrastructure supporting approximately 25,000 workstations and 3,000 servers across a New York State government environment.
• Lead enterprise-wide Windows 11 upgrades (21H2 → 23H2 / 24H2), including task sequence design, in-place upgrades, and wipe-and-load deployments for legal and prosecutorial systems.
• Own production patch management strategy using MECM and WSUS, resolving complex update failures, prerequisite issues, and servicing stack inconsistencies.
• Design and implement original PowerShell automation and remediation workflows to improve client health, reduce deployment failures, and increase patch compliance.
• Act as a senior escalation point for high-impact incidents affecting prosecutors, legal staff, and administrative departments.
• Collaborate with EUC, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with government IT standards, audits, and operational continuity.
