● Engineered a preconstruction requirements tracker that minimized late designs and BOM discrepancies by over 90%.
● Served as a technical advisor for all 2025 connectivity buyouts, completing 7 buyouts ($959M committed) across 17 engagements; redesigned buyout procedures to decouple site specific from Programmatic sets taking the connectivity buyout form critical path.
● Led initiatives to identify critical gaps in back end network topology change governance. Developed a comprehensive AI playbook and AI supply plan tracker. Oversaw implementation of standardized change tracking to enhance decision-making for construction teams.
● Managed end-to-end preconstruction processes for network rack integration facility to ensure timely launch, focusing on critical path communications, milestone tracking, funding management, labor procurement, and alignment of rack demand across locations.

● Achieved successful launch of a new datacenter introduction program. Mitigated approximately 30 risks through the creation of a detailed risk register. Enhanced handover efficiency by decoupling various areas within the datacenter. Produced impactful monthly presentations for leadership.
● Oversaw program management for transition of over 1 million labor hours, ensuring timely release of training documentation to 22 global campuses and 6 telecommunications partners.

• Lead Project Manager accountable for strategically manage business’s capacity growth by leading on-time deployment of structured optical cabling infrastructure for 1 million square feet of Data Center Site with budget of 200M over 3 years.
• Responsible for managing the full project life cycle from before a Data Center site is announced, to project kick-off, through construction/deployment and into operations.
• Developed and implemented predictable forecasting techniques resulting in achieving greater than 95% quarterly spend accuracy.
• Established robust construction execution schedule in P6 by partnering with internal & external stakeholders, understanding project constraints and developing logical activity sequencing.

• Led, formalized, documented and implemented structured fiber product and process qualification plan with well-defined phase gate exit checklist (EVT, DVT, PVT and GA) to take new products from NPI stage to Mass Production.
• Partnered with sourcing team to create & execute a regionalized supply chain model for a key fiber supplier by strategically qualifying regional factories which would save Facebook $50M in tariff and reduce product lead-time to 5 weeks.
• Sighting the increase in fiber capacity needs and to de-risk the single source supply chain, created & drove the roadmap for additional supplier selection and qualified a second source supplier which was vertical integrated in less than a year.
• Led manufacturing factory qualification and audit and on-boarded 6 new factories
• Using statistical analysis, successfully drove conclusion on Method A v/s Method B fiber assembly testing resulting in reducing manufacturing test time by 40% and increasing manufacturing yields by 20%.
• Conducted a data driven correlation study about random v/s reference mating of fiber assemblies to establish a co-relation between factory tested assembly and on-field tested assembly allowing network team to understand realistic link budget and drive future Transceiver’s roadmap.
• Participated in the QBRs for strategic suppliers to present overall product quality report and areas of improvement.
• Created, published and maintained 100G CWDM4 lite optics quality health dashboard highlighting KPIs enabling Optics team to make business decision on supplier allocations.
