I was first introduced to computers at the age of 5, built my first web server by the age of 8, and have been building PCs, applications, and websites since I was 11. Technology has been an integral part of my life and a passion I am happy I could turn into a career.

As the Vice President of Information Technology, it is my responsibility to oversee all IT related decisions and infrastructure at Condor. Whether it's planning the next big software integration, upgrading network and security infrastructure, optimizing internal processes, managing mobile solutions, custom programming new features and tools for our employees and clients, or maintaining reliability and availability of the current infrastructure, I am constantly driving Condor forward in the ever-evolving technology space.
Some example projects include:
• Transformed a weeklong, after-hours only billing process to a more resilient, accurate, and cost-saving 4-hour process
• Completely redesigned the client portal with robust reporting capabilities, mobile-friendliness, and increased security using the latest technologies available
• Migrated to SalesForce, retaining and cleaning all existing CRM data, and wrote custom integrations with internal applications
• Moved on-premise infrastructure to a highly-available, virtualized Hyper-V cluster
• Implemented a hybrid-cloud architecture
• Overhaul of IAM/SSO capabilities for employees, enforcing 2FA for all services
• Wrote and open sourced a ZFS backup utility that greatly improved RTO & RPO parameters and significantly reduced resource needs and cost of the backup system
In 2017, I was invited to join Schwab's Advisor Services Technology, Operations & Service (TOS) Advisory Board where I currently serve as one of the youngest and most technological board members.

I started working as the IT Manager at Condor during my Junior year of college while pursuing my 2 degrees and 2 minors. Despite a full course load at school, I was able to manage the IT infrastructure at Condor, keeping systems updated and available while planning migrations for the betterment of the company. It was during this time that I made strategic changes to Condor's infrastructure and introduced the company to "the cloud".
For example, I planned and executed Condor's migration to Google's G Suite cloud services (formerly Google Apps for Business) increasing the security, accessibility, and availability of core business productivity tools such as email, calendar, and mobile device access while decreasing on-premise operational duties and overall costs for these systems.
I also moved Condor's backup and disaster recovery processes to the cloud. The existing tape backup solution was prone to failure, expensive, required new hardware every 2-3 years, and had a manual component of moving backups off-site by staff. By utilizing open source software, and even submitting several patches to the software, I was able to eliminate the hardware components required to take backups, all storage was stored off-site and replicated geographically (before this was a requirement by regulatory agencies), improve RTO and RPO parameters, and reduce the overall cost to a fraction of the old tape backup system.

I started work as an intern for Condor a few months into my freshmen year of college. Coming from an IT background with experience in programming, some of my earliest projects centered around integration and automating processes. I expanded functionality of Condor's portfolio accounting reconciliation processes, wrote internal websites for reporting and analytics from various sources such as web traffic and CRM, and helped in the planning and execution of new hardware installations along with all helpdesk duties.
Through these interactions with staff, learning their daily routines and trying to identify opportunities for optimizing business practices and workflows, I gained an in-depth knowledge of various aspects around finance, wealth management, trading, and operations.
