I help public-sector teams move complex EPC and solar proposals from concept to approved action. I

lead the customer conversations, build defensible financial models and savings projections, and

present clear choices to superintendents, boards, and municipal leaders so decisions are

straightforward. I manage the sales lifecycle end to end, coordinate cross-functional partners in

operations, M&V, finance, legal, and governance, and keep momentum through to close. I track the

pipeline in our sales systems, mentor teammates, and stay focused on outcomes that meet volume and

margin expectations for Downstate NY. On major programs, I’ve expanded scope responsibly,

positioned our solutions against competition, and accelerated large-scale conversions to deliver

measurable value.

I supported regional sales by stepping in as an engineering leader when needed, developing the

technical and financial backbone for EPC decisions, and helping secure a strong pipeline and margin

performance. I led ASHRAE Level I and II audits, built detailed energy and financial models, and

created customer-ready analyses that sped up decisions. I also managed NYSED submission workflows

to ensure projects remained compliant and on track, which helped shorten the time from intent to

approval.

I provided the technical, analytical, and financial modeling support that underpinned key EPC wins. I

built business cases, packaged the supporting documentation, and prepared energy audits and

materials for stakeholder presentations and NYSED approvals. My focus was enabling the front-line

team with crisp, defensible analysis that made approvals easier and contract closes more likely.

I managed performance service agreements to protect guaranteed savings and maintain strong

customer relationships. I prepared and presented annual M&V reports to leadership audiences,

addressed questions directly, and identified follow-on opportunities where additional phases made

sense. The work balanced rigor in measurement with practical stakeholder communication.

I conducted detailed energy audits for K-12 and local government sites and identified meaningful

savings opportunities across building systems. I supported NYSED submissions and partnered with

senior engineers and account executives on proposals and presentations. This foundation in field

analysis and compliance set the tone for my later customer-facing and portfolio development work.
